Chloe ting is a fitness YouTuber and she is well known for her free programs and the most popular ones are the 2weeks shred challenge and the 28-day challenge and so much more other programs targeting different parts of your body, her challenges are viral all around YouTube, Instagram and even TikTok so feel free to check the amazing results from any social media platform that you prefer, she have been also going live and working out with her subscribers during quarantine.


2-Alo yoga

Yes, that’s right Alo Yoga have a fitness website called Alo moves, that provides you with different workout and meditation videos with only $20 a month and 14days trial but that is not all it you also enjoy a free month with every purchase from their clothing website, 2 birds in one stone I definitely recommend I’ve only got positive feed backs from those that tried it.

3- A YouTube playlist

This one you need to put some work searching and planning it well.

In my case I like to do a playlist that lasts 45mins wish is pretty good time, than I add specific workouts that target different parts of my body that I want to work on, one of my favorite workout is the Alexis Ren 10min workout and also Pamela Reif workouts on YouTube are amazing, and if you like really quick ones that kick your ass I highly recommend Gabriella Whited her workouts are short and sweet around 5min per video. Feel free to check transformations so you add the most effective ones to your playlist, what I like about this method is I could change it each week or day whatever I feel like.

Make sure to share this article with you besties and workout with them to motivate each other, and one of my secrets to keep up with a fitness program is to be easy on myself, pose the video and rest for as much as you want but the only rule is to finish till the end and I can’t tell you how amazing it is to see the progress and the day you don’t take any breaks, it will happen just try it yourself and see.
